This is a wonderful movie. The story is a wonderful thought. The direction here is at its best. Although it is told as a fictional story, when watching the film, one can guess that this is a story that happened in the past. The usual corrupt political flow seems to have affected every country. The way a politician works so meticulously to destroy the village that is an obstacle to his victory and the way a village reacts to it has been wonderfully created. As far as the acting is concerned, the actors and actresses play their roles well and actress Sônia Braga who portrays the character of the doctor shows great talent.
