The film follows Nobby (), a dim-witted but lovable soccer hooligan from the town of Grimsby, who reunites with his long-lost brother Sebastian (), a highly skilled MI6 spy. When the two brothers team up to prevent a global terrorist attack, they find themselves on the run from both the terrorists and the government.
